Strickland Metals makes new gold discovery at Rogozna

Episode Summary

Strickland Metals Ltd (ASX:STK) managing director Paul L’Herpiniere joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss the company’s latest results from drilling at the Rogozna Gold and Base Metals Project in Serbia. This has resulted in a significant discovery of gold and base metal mineralisation at the Kotlovi prospect with results of 40.3 metres at 2.6 g/t gold from 558.1 metres including 12 metres at 5.7 g/t along with 17 metres at 3.5 g/t gold equivalent from 744.7 metres. The mineralisation at Kotlovi, including skarn and breccia-hosted styles, shares geological traits with Medenovac which is just 350 metres away, suggesting potential connectivity between the deposits. L’Herpiniere noted this as the team’s third discovery at Rogozna in four years, highlighting the project’s extensive mineralisation potential. Strickland plans to extend its drilling program to delineate Kotlovi’s scale, with early measurements suggesting a mineralised zone spanning 500 metres in length, 200 metres in width and 700 metres vertically. The company is well-funded, with A$41.1 million in cash and shares, supporting the ongoing exploration across Rogozna’s underexplored 184-square-kilometre licence area. #ProactiveInvestors #StricklandMetals #ASX #GoldDiscovery, #BaseMetals, #SerbiaMining, #RogoznaProject, #KotloviProspect, #Medenovac, #MiningExploration, #GoldMining, #Mineralisation, #GeologicalExploration, #PreciousMetals, #MineralResources, #ASX, #SkarnMineralisation, #BrecciaMineralisation, #DrillingResults, #MiningInvestment, #ResourcePotential, #MiningUpdates
