North Bay Resources CEO Jared Lazerson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce a significant milestone for the company—the successful production of gold concentrate grading 8.52 ounces per ton at the company’s Bishop Gold Mill. This high-grade concentrate was produced using the gravity circuit, processing ore from North Bay’s Fran Gold Project in British Columbia. Lazerson noted that these results are consistent with recent metallurgical studies, which previously demonstrated concentrate grades of 8.54 ounces per ton using gravity separation. The company continues to refine its ore processing techniques while optimizing the Bishop Gold Mill in partnership with its refinery partner to enhance efficiency and maximize recovery. The Fran Gold Project, located 20 miles from Centerra Gold’s Mt. Milligan Copper-Gold Mine, has been the focus of extensive exploration. To date, over 50,000 feet of diamond drilling across 104 holes—primarily within the Bullion Alley Zone—has helped delineate a significant gold deposit. This deposit extends 3,700 feet in length, up to 120 feet in width, and over 700 feet in depth, containing three to four well-defined parallel gold veins with grades reaching up to 2.6 troy ounces per ton.
