The 2027 event will take place in the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The Florida Home Builders Association, established in 1947, represents Florida’s homebuilding industry and serves as the parent organization for 23 local and regional homebuilder associations across the state. The first AI-generated customer floor plan follows Nextech3D.ai’s October 15, 2026, launch of agentic AI features within Map D. These capabilities allow users to direct the platform using natural-language instructions, with the aim of simplifying floor-plan creation and reducing reliance on manual processes.
