AuMEGA identifies significant geological structures at Bunker Hill in Canada

Episode Summary

AuMEGA Metals Ltd (ASX: AAM, TSXV: AUM, OTCQB: AUMMF) managing director and CEO Sam Pazuki joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss preliminary results the company has received from a high-resolution airborne magnetic and Very Low Frequency Electromagnetic (VLF-EM) survey over its Bunker Hill Project in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The survey covered 170 square kilometres, comprising 3,142 line-kilometres, and revealed significant geological complexity across the 25-kilometre strike length of Bunker Hill. The findings have altered the company’s understanding of the area, highlighting important geological structures that align with previous geochemical and prospecting samples, which showed high-grade copper, gold, and silver. Key results include: Identification of major second and third order faults; High-grade copper samples of up to 25% (outcrop) and 57% (float); and Significant silver (up to 407.5g/t) and gold (up to 17g/t) in samples. These findings suggest that Bunker Hill shares structural similarities with Calibre Mining's Valentine Project, which hosts a large gold resource. Further structural analysis and final data processing are expected before the end of 2024. The company is also awaiting assay results from its summer till survey and diamond drilling programs. #ProactiveInvestors #AuMEGA #ASX #TSX #OTCQB #MiningExploration, #Geophysics, #AirborneMagnetics, #AuMEGA, #BunkerHill, #CopperExploration, #GoldExploration, #SilverExploration, #GeologicalStructures, #NewfoundlandMining, #ResourceDiscovery, #VLFEMSurvey, #HighGradeMineralisation, #CapeRayShearZone, #GreenfieldsExploration, #Mineralisation, #GeophysicalSurvey, #MiningUpdate,
