C3 Metals hits highest-grade copper-gold-silver mineralization yet at Peru Project

Episode Summary

C3 Metals CEO Dan Symons joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the highest-grade copper-gold-silver mineralization intersected to date at the company's Khaleesi copper project in southern Peru. The latest results come from drill hole KHZ5790-005, which intersected a broad zone of intense chalcopyrite mineralization hosted within the main magnetite skarn body currently being defined through the company's ongoing drilling program. Symons told Proactive that the hole was designed to test a magnetite and garnet skarn target in an area with limited previous drilling. The results returned 64.9 metres grading 2.53% copper, 0.87 grams per tonne gold and 11.6 g/t silver, with 6 parts per million molybdenum, starting at approximately 337.6 metres downhole. Within that interval, the company reported a higher-grade section of 23.3 metres grading 4.75% copper, 1.84 g/t gold and 20.4 g/t silver, with 5 ppm molybdenum. This interval returned a calculated copper equivalent grade of 6.64%. On a copper-equivalent basis, the broader intercept graded 3.45% CuEq, highlighting the potential for substantial higher-grade mineralization within the larger skarn system. Symons said the company is still at an early stage of understanding the geometry and overall extent of this higher-grade zone. C3 Metals is now systematically stepping out from the discovery in multiple directions to evaluate the continuity of the mineralization and determine its potential scale. The company is prioritizing step-out drilling at approximately 50- to 100-metre intervals to better define the geometry and distribution of the copper-gold-silver mineralization identified in KHZ5790-005. Alongside drilling, C3 Metals is advancing a series of geophysical surveys designed to improve its understanding of the broader geological system and identify additional exploration targets. Drone magnetic and gravity surveys covering approximately 1,500 hectares have recently been completed, with the data currently undergoing inversion. A three-dimensional induced polarization (3DIP) survey also began in late September and is expected to be completed during November 2026. The company plans to integrate the magnetic, gravity and 3DIP results into three-dimensional models alongside existing drill results, surface geology and exploration data. These models are expected to help identify concealed skarn mineralization and investigate the potential presence of an underlying porphyry source or causative intrusive system. With drilling continuing and geophysical work progressing, C3 Metals is working to establish whether the latest high-grade discovery represents a localized zone or part of a much larger copper-gold-silver mineralized system at Khaleesi. #proactiveinvestors #c3metalsinc #tsxv #cccm #otcqb #cuauf #KhaleesiProject #PeruMining #CopperExploration #HighGradeCopper #GoldExploration #MineralExploration #Skarn #PorphyryCopper #JuniorMining
