The company will demonstrate its technology at the October 27–29 event, where it will also deliver a keynote on agentic AI and showcase its KraftyLab corporate engagement platform. Nextech expects to engage with event organisers, corporate decision-makers and potential enterprise customers. Gappelberg explained how the platform lets users interact with event software through natural language, reducing the need to navigate complex systems or manually adjust floor plans. As he put it, the shift is from “software that you operate to software that you collaborate with”. The interview explored Map D’s AI-powered capabilities, including conversational floor-plan creation, booth management and pricing intelligence. The technology is designed to help organisers analyse event data, understand demand and make more informed commercial decisions. Nextech also plans to integrate Map D with its Eventdex event management and registration platform, creating a connected system spanning floor planning, registration, ticketing, badge printing and other event services.
