Sulnox CEO Ben Richardson joined Steve Darling from Proactive’s OTC studio in New York City to discuss the company’s growth in the global shipping sector, expansion into North America and the broader potential for its fuel technology across multiple industries. Richardson explained that Sulnox develops chemistry designed to improve the combustion of liquid hydrocarbon fuels, including gasoline, diesel and emerging biofuels. He said the technology can reduce fuel consumption by around 8% to 10% while cutting CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions by more than 20%. Richardson also highlighted the technology’s impact on inefficient combustion, saying it can remove more than 90% of the black smoke associated with incomplete fuel combustion. Shipping remains a key growth market. Richardson discussed Sulnox’s relationship with Singapore-based Eastern Pacific Shipping, which initially tested the company’s products on eight vessels before expanding to 30 and then more than 50 vessels. Eastern Pacific Shipping is also expected to become an approximately 15% shareholder in Sulnox. The company has also signed a four-year supply agreement with Spring Marine covering 36 vessels. Richardson described Greece as an important strategic market, noting that Greek shipowners account for around 20% of the global shipping market. In North America, Sulnox is targeting opportunities across logistics, mining, oilfields and agriculture, with the company pursuing distributors and potential new US partners. Richardson said Sulnox is also increasing its focus on biofuels, developing technology aimed at addressing issues such as oxidation, fuel instability and corrosion. The company believes these opportunities could expand the application of its technology as industries look for ways to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. #proactiveinvestors #SulNOx #aqse #snox #otcqx #snoxf #Sulnox #FuelTechnology #Shipping #Maritime #MarineFuel #FuelEfficiency #Biofuels #CleanTechnology #EmissionsReduction #Logistics #Mining #Agriculture #OilAndGas #NorthAmerica #Greece #Singapore #GreenShipping #EnergyTechnology #Sustainability
