A co-founder of Palos Capital Corp. and Palos Management Inc., Marleau has held influential leadership positions throughout Canada's financial sector. His extensive resume includes serving as a Governor of both the Montreal and Vancouver stock exchanges, Chairman of the Toronto Stock Exchange Listing Committee and a director of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada, now known as IIROC. Over the course of his distinguished career, Marleau has served as a current or former director of more than 50 publicly traded companies in Canada and the United States.
