Purepoint Uranium Group CEO Chris Frostad joined Steve Darling from Proactive reported encouraging new assay results from its 2026 winter drill program at the Nova Target, part of the 50/50 Dorado Joint Venture with IsoEnergy Ltd., further strengthening the project's potential as a significant uranium discovery in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. Frostad shared with Proactive the latest results, highlighting that Hole NV26-05 returned 1.65% U₃O₈ over 0.3 metres from a depth of 390.4 metres at the unconformity. The intercept adds to a growing body of evidence supporting the presence of uranium mineralization along the Nova electromagnetic (EM) conductor. The nine-hole winter drilling campaign successfully intersected uranium mineralization in multiple holes while also providing valuable geological and structural information that will help guide future exploration efforts. According to Frostad, the results have significantly enhanced the company's understanding of the mineralized system and improved its ability to identify and prioritize future drill targets. Purepoint said the program was designed not only to test the geological and structural controls associated with uranium mineralization but also to refine the geometry of the Nova conductor. The drilling generated important data that has allowed geologists to better define the orientation and characteristics of the mineralized zones. Management noted that the additional uranium intercepts, combined with improved geological and geophysical interpretation, are helping to narrow in on the most prospective areas for follow-up drilling. The company believes its growing understanding of the relationship between geologic structures and geophysical responses is leading to increasingly precise drill targeting as exploration advances. The winter campaign marks another important step in evaluating the Nova system, which continues to demonstrate characteristics associated with high-grade Athabasca Basin uranium deposits. The project remains a key focus within the Dorado Joint Venture as Purepoint and IsoEnergy continue to unlock the potential of the property. Frostad also confirmed that the 2026 summer drill program has now been completed. Results from that campaign are currently being compiled and analyzed, with assay results and interpretations expected to be reported in the near future. #proactiveinvestors #purepointuraniumgroup #tsxv #ptu #otcqb #ptuuf #Uranium #IsoEnergy #Uranium #AthabascaBasin #UraniumExploration #NuclearEnergy #EnergyTransition #Mining #ResourceSector #Exploration #CriticalMinerals #U3O8 #JuniorMining #MiningStocks #CleanEnergy #CanadaMining #Investing #Stocks #ProactiveInvestors #UraniumNews
