Aftermath Silver CEO Ralph Rushton joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update on the company’s ongoing development and exploration activities at the Berenguela Project in southern Peru and the Challacollo silver-gold project in northern Chile. At Berenguela, the company continues to make steady progress on its Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), which remains on schedule and on budget for completion in early 2027. Since launching the study in February 2026, Aftermath has completed a comprehensive gap analysis to identify the geological, engineering, metallurgical, geotechnical and environmental data required to advance the project to a PFS level of definition. Significant work completed to date includes infill drilling, advanced metallurgical testing and geotechnical investigations. The latest metallurgical programs have increased confidence in the proposed processing flowsheet, while ongoing geotechnical and hydrogeological drilling will support mine design optimization and future permitting requirements. As of July 2026, Aftermath had completed 4,002 metres of diamond drilling as part of its third drilling campaign at Berenguela. The current program is focused on four key objectives: expanding mineralization in the eastern and southeastern portions of the deposit, upgrading indicated resources to measured classification, extending mineralization along the northern portion of the resource area, and collecting bulk samples for additional metallurgical testing. Particular attention is being given to the highly prospective Copper East target, where previous drilling returned impressive results, including 156 metres grading 1.12% copper, 290 grams per tonne silver and 7.3% manganese. The target remains open for expansion and is considered one of the project’s most promising growth opportunities. The arrival of a second drill rig has accelerated exploration efforts, allowing the company to begin testing additional eastern targets while preparing to drill the South-West Intrusive target, a new exploration area located approximately four kilometres from the main Berenguela deposit. Meanwhile, at the Challacollo Silver-Gold Project in northern Chile, Aftermath has completed the initial phase of its diamond drilling campaign, with five holes totaling 630 metres drilled across the Lolon and Lucy vein systems. The program was designed to verify historical results, extend known mineralization and test new areas south of the current resource. Encouraged by the initial results and geological observations, the company has expanded the drilling program to 2,000 metres.
