Eco Buildings Group PLC (AIM:ECOB, FRA:9ZL0) executive vice chairman Dr Etrur Albani spoke with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the latest board appointments, with Graham Stevens and Chris Gilbert joining to strengthen governance, financial oversight, strategy and execution. Albani said the appointments come as the company sees increasing demand and momentum. He highlighted Stevens' experience in public companies, fundraising and governance — Stevens will also chair the Audit Committee, calling that expertise particularly valuable for overseeing the financial side of the business. He also discussed Chris Gilbert's appointment as an executive director.
