1911 Gold expands San Antonio West discovery with high-grade gold intercepts with resource potential

Episode Summary

1911 Gold Corporation CEO Shaun Heinrichs joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss new high-grade drill results from the San Antonio West (SAM W) target at the company’s wholly owned True North Gold Project in southeastern Manitoba, further strengthening the case for a maiden resource estimate at the emerging discovery. The latest results come from eight surface diamond drill holes totaling 2,980 metres and continue to demonstrate the continuity and scale of gold mineralization at SAM W. Among the standout intercepts, hole TN-26-073 returned 11.31 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 1.70 metres, including 16.20 g/t gold over 0.80 metres. Hole TN-26-089 intersected 5.72 g/t gold over 3.00 metres, including 9.65 g/t gold over 1.10 metres, while hole TN-26-082 returned 6.79 g/t gold over 2.40 metres, including 7.98 g/t gold over 1.40 metres. Hole TN-26-097 also delivered a high-grade intercept of 11.80 g/t gold over 0.50 metres. According to Heinrichs, the drilling successfully confirmed the continuity of mineralization through a previously untested gap measuring approximately 200 metres vertically and 200 metres along strike between depths of 230 and 430 metres below surface. The results provide additional confidence in the geological model and demonstrate that the gold system remains robust across a significant area. The company has now confirmed continuous gold mineralization at San Antonio West over a strike length of approximately 500 metres and to down-plunge depths exceeding 600 metres. Importantly, the mineralized system remains open both at depth and along trend, highlighting considerable expansion potential. Gold mineralization at SAM W is hosted within the San Antonio gabbro unit near its intersection with the regional Cartwright South shear zone, a geological setting that has proven highly prospective throughout the True North property. All seven drill holes that reached target depth intersected gold-bearing veining within the gabbro, underscoring the consistency of the mineralized structure. The latest drilling builds on previously reported high-grade intercepts, including 24.83 g/t gold over 2.60 metres and 58.66 g/t gold over 1.40 metres, further supporting the potential for a substantial gold resource. To date, 1911 Gold has completed 34 drill holes totaling 9,067 metres at San Antonio West. The data generated from the program will contribute to a maiden mineral resource estimate for the target. At the same time, geological modelling is underway for the SAM W, SAM SE and Shore deposits as part of a broader resource update planned for the True North Project in the fourth quarter of 2026. Meanwhile, underground drilling continues at the nearby San Antonio Southeast target, with the current program expected to be completed by the end of August as the company advances multiple growth opportunities across the True North gold camp. #proactiveinvestors #1911goldcorporation #1911gold #tsxv #aumb #otcqx #aumbf #GoldExploration #TrueNorthMine #GoldMining #TrueNorth #TrueNorthProject #GoldExploration #ManitobaMining #MiningStocks #ResourceGrowth #GoldDiscovery #JuniorMining #DrillResults
