The company is halfway through a 10,000-meter diamond drilling campaign and has reported additional long intervals of copper mineralization, with standout results from drill hole SP-DDH-22 in the Rincones target. McEwen highlighted that drilling at the Colla target yielded impressive cobalt results, marking the best cobalt interval at the project to date. Drill hole SP-DDH-25 revealing a long interval of high cobalt mineralization starting near the surface, with 23.1 meters at 443 g/t cobalt from a depth of 24.9 meters, including 19.43 meters at 790 g/t cobalt and 32.6% iron. He then noted that the drill program has demonstrated continuity of wide zones of mineralization between the north and south Rincones zones, in an area previously unexplored by historical drilling.
