Awalé Resources reports more positive drill results at Odienné project in Côte d'Ivoire

Episode Summary

Awale Resources Ltd (TSX-V:ARIC) CEO Andrew Chubb talked with Proactive about the latest assays from drilling at the Charger and BBM targets at the Odienné project in Côte d'Ivoire. The first five holes of a 21-hole program have returned positive results. Chubb highlighted that nine holes were drilled at Charger and 12 at BBM, with the program covering nearly 7,000 meters. Key findings include a 1,500-gram meter intercept at the Charger target and a follow-up 580-gram meter intercept. These results help connect the breccia system in the subsurface, providing targets for deeper drilling and potential volume expansion. Chubb confirmed that these assays support the continuity of the breccia geology. He mentioned that four more holes at Charger have been drilled and are awaiting reporting. At BBM, 12 holes tested down dip and along strike, with results expected throughout the summer. Drilling has paused for the rainy season but is set to resume by late September. Awale Resources is also preparing geochemical programs for its 100%-owned permits, promising an exciting field season ahead. The current drilling program is fully funded by the joint venture with Newmont, and the company is well-financed for its upcoming exploration efforts.
