Proactive - Interviews for investors

Atomic Eagle maps 2027 uranium development strategy

Episode Summary

Atomic Eagle Limited CEO Phil Hoskins talked with Proactive about the company’s uranium development strategy across the Muntanga Uranium Project in Zambia and the Madaouela Uranium Project in Niger, including a newly launched technical review of Madaouela and the work planned for both assets through 2027. Hoskins said Atomic Eagle now has two high-quality, advanced uranium projects that the company believes are capable of being online by 2030. At Madaouela, the company is reviewing an extensive existing technical and drilling database with the aim of assessing how the project could be developed at a larger scale and with stronger economics. Atomic Eagle expects to release the first phase of its Madaouela update in the first quarter, with Hoskins saying the company’s expectations are that the project could support production of around 4 million to 5 million pounds of uranium per annum. The interview also covered Muntanga, which Hoskins described as Atomic Eagle’s flagship asset. He said the company plans to continue drilling through the remainder of the year, followed by a resource update in the first quarter and feasibility studies during 2027.
